This 1975 Plymouth Scamp has led a very pampered life. Originally delivered from the factory to Los Gatos Chrysler Plymouth, near San Jose California, it was purchased locally and registered for the 1st time in April 1976. It stayed in San Jose for over 32 years, until we purchased it from the estate of the original owner and drove it to Denver in July 2007. Pride of ownership is apparent everywhere you look. It was always garaged, and is in almost perfect original condition throughout. There has never been any rust anywhere on the car. All body panels have the original factory paint. There is no sign of any body work, accident, mishap, abuse or alteration at all. Everything is as straight as an arrow. Paint is in excellent as new condition. Color is T5 Sienna Metallic, 318 V8, automatic, 8.25 rear, power steering, power front disk brakes, newly restored original Rallye Wheels, all original tinted glass, factory undercoating, AC it's a high optioned Scamp. 205 70 14 BFG T/A radials. Interior is original and looks like new throughout door jams, sill plates, rug, seats, dash all look new there are no issues whatsoever. The original vinyl top is in like new condition there are no cracks or dry spots, it's supple and shiny. Recent new radiator, ps pump, brakes all around, tires, hoses, gaskets, distributor cap, magnetic sensor, wires, coil and carburator. This car runs like a top. The engine compartment underwent full detailing to factory correct/new appearance, including original reproduction decals. We have only taken it to car shows in the Metro Denver area since we have owned it. The car had 49,600 miles on it when we flew to San Jose to drive it to Denver - it currently has 53,040 miles. It gets lots of interest at car shows people just cant believe it - looks like it just came from the factory. MOPAR enthusiasts go absolutely nuts! This car is just as much fun, and gets just as much attention, as a classic costing $20,000 more. Probably the most highly original, highly optioned, well preserved Scamp available today. VERY difficult to find one of these in this original factory condition. I have the factory invoice copy and broadcast sheet. They're only original once! Car is located in the Metro Denver area.
